You or your company may have agreed terms with your bank or other lender for additional funding. Very often the lender will require a charge over your commercial and sometimes residential premises and may also require personal guarantees.

We can assist with the title investigation and subsequent report on title to your lender and registration of the charges.

We appreciate this is often a time sensitive transaction and will need to be dealt with urgently. We will work with you and your lender to complete the transaction as soon as possible, enabling you to draw down funds and press on with your business development.
